Guatemala Huehuetenango El Sol Natural Coffee

Guatemala El Sol is a natural lot from Vides Farms in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, founded in 1958 by Jorge Vides and now run by the second and third generations. Cherries are handpicked and pre-fermented for 24 hours, then floated, sorted, and dried slowly.
