    Pour Overs at Pioneer Coffee always begin with a Coffee specifically selected to match the desire of your palate. Fruity or Chocolatey, nutty notes your thing? We have developed a coffee for the moment. Pour overs really accentuate the low, Chocolaty, nutty flavors. Prepared on a Kalita wave Ceramic pour over to ensure a even smoother and clean finish. Black Velvet or Gold River is an optimized Coffee for the Chocolaty & nutty Coffee profile lover.

  • Aeropress.

    Coffee made by an AeroPress here at Pioneer bring out the high and Fruity notes of our Specialty Single Origin Coffees. The AeroPress is a relatively quick method of making a delicious cup of Coffee while accentuating all the High Notes your coffee has to offer. We Recommend our Colombian Single Origin, La Union, Ethiopian Single Origin, and Tanzanian Single Origin all on AeroPress.

  • Drip

    Perhaps the most common of all our Coffee Process, Drip Coffee is made here at Pioneer everyday to keep us going. 100 grams of medium ground Coffee starts off the process, and hot water is added to begin the extraction process. Most days you can find our house roasts, either Black Velvet or Gold River on Drip however the Single Origin offerings are also delicious using this method.
